San Diego and Chris Isaak Concert

Bob and I went to San Diego and met some friends for a Chris Isaak concert this week. The weather was beautiful and the Marriott at the Marina had beautiful grounds and a spectacular view of Shelter Island, Sea Port Village and downtown!

2009 Cool Breeze Bike Ride in Ventura, CA

Phew, He made it!

Bob went on his first bike race, 2009 Cool Breeze Mini Metric in Venture, CA on Saturday, August 15, 2009. The course ran bike trails, Old Pacific Coast Highway and a few miles even on the 101 Freeway!

It is always a lovely when you take a drive around the lake!

We took a trip to Lake Tahoe the first week in August, Megan was able to join Bob and I for a short trip before she starts back teaching 6Th grade next week. We experienced a little of all the weather types, it was warm and beautiful when we started the week. By Wednesday it was very cool, some rain and wind with lots of Thunder Clouds blowing around. We weren't able to do a few of the things we had wanted but had a wonderful time just the same.
